About Our Director
Our Director, Dr. Ira M. Klemons, has earned two doctorates. A Doctor of Dental Surgery was awarded to him by the renowned New York University. He also received the first Doctorate in the United States specifically related to the diagnosis and treatment of headaches, facial pain, and TM Joint dysfunctions, by the prominent Pennsylvania State University Graduate School. He has over three decades of distinguished experience in the field.
He was elected President of the American Board of Craniofacial Pain and the New Jersey Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and has served as a Board Member or officer of several other professional organizations.
Among his many other accomplishments are worldwide lectures at medical schools and hospitals, national television and radio interviews, and approximately 5,000 hours of post-graduate courses involving treatment of headaches and facial pain.
Humanitarian visions have inspired Dr. Klemons to treat thousands of under-privileged people, from the hills of Appalachia to Tibetan refugees in the Himalayas, and the lower East Side of New York City. We are proud to say that his compassion for people is present in his approach to every patient seen in our office.
